Hi , Is there any info that you can pass on to us yet. What was the sale date of border park. I am pretty interested to see what is happening. On a lighter note, I have asked Keith to take Ivory Sky to Casino for a few runs, and as you who follow the sport she is doing well over the longer distance. I would love for her to win the dog of the year here again, so I will be down there on Saturday (I am working in Victoria at the moment) to see Keith and decide when she comes home. I still dont see too much action in these pages. Can someone at the club start to promote some proactive interaction to get a bit more happening in here. How about some info on the blog page. thanks Tony
Hi Tony, sorry for the late reply. The sale of Border park is yet to be finalised, when it is the announcement will be made via sky channel as they have the exclusive at the moment. What kind of information would you like to see on the website and blog? regards Border park
That would be good. Anything that you guys can give us information on would be helpful.Ivory Spy was back for her first run this week and managed to get home after a chequered run. Go the SPY.
Recently i went to Victoria and went to a straight at Healesville. This would be a good idea for racing after Border Park with only a small straight track required. What do others think..
Great idea. Would be a good idea to have a straight track for non tab and maybe get some tab meeting on an oval track. Northern rivers is a large nursery for greyhounds so why not develope a complex that attracts as many owners and trainers and also a showpiece for the industry. Tony Morgan
What on earth is going on with Border Park? Who actually knows? the 3 month exclusivity has long past and there is still nothing about it on this thread. so much for self promotion!
Yes it was supposed to be three months, but between solicitors and councils etc.. finalising details the process has dragged on unfortunately. We are just as frustrated and hope to have some news soon - thanks
and still we wait. dead set Border park, a clause in the contract would have been smart , to only allow exclusivity for a period of 3 -6 months maximum. Both parties i.e Council and developer are dragging the chain!!, the greyhound industry continues to suffer and Tweed heads coursing, provides NO ANSWERS or information to the people that supply your product. your a disgrace and the NSW board should intervene to ensure the club starts to be run professionally.
The hush -hush of whats going on is beyond belief and some disclosure after this well over three month period should be updated on your antiquated website.
get up to speed if you actually want to promote your product!!
